We need to know your basic personal contact data to provide you with the content that you have agreed to receive. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

We collect personal information from you when you provide it to us. For example, if you subscribe to our mobile app, we may collect your name, telephone number, credit card number, and email address. If you create an account, we may collect your name and email address as requested in the registration process.

If you communicate with us regarding our app or our services, we will collect any information that you provide to us in any such communication.

How long we keep it

Your personal data will be kept until you unsubscribe from the list.

What we do with it

Your personal data will be used to facilitate registration for the 2019 Africa Business and Kingdom Leadership Summit (ABKLS). We will use your information to contact you directly if additional  information is needed, or to inform you of any changes or updates regarding this years’ summit.

All the personal data collected is processed by the ABKLS Secretariat. For the purpose of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers by a third-party mailing list management service. Some of the servers that host your personal data may be located in countries (including the United States) that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of your home country. We will take appropriate steps to make sure that our service providers act in accordance with applicable law. Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties.

What we do with it

We use personal information primarily for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and Web site. We use non-personal information for internal purposes, such as maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and Web site.

What your rights are

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via a link that is included in every mailing. Once you unsubscribe, you will not receive any more mailings from us.

If at any point you believe the data for you that we process is incorrect, contact [email protected].  You can request to see this data, and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, also contact [email protected]; who will forward the complaint to our compliance officer to investigate. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your home country.
